This web site is the fulfillment of the Independent Mapping Project in the GIS - Cartographic Specialist post-grad program at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada. All material found here was created by Chris Jongkind, with the exception of a few of the train images. It is not intended to be a cohesive public transit hub, rather a showcase of both the possibilities within transportation mapping, and of my technical skills in web design, cartographic concepts, and spatial perception. Academic completion of the project was August 2005, though I may still add to it as I pick up more Flash knowledge and have spare time to integrate it. Official validity of the map is to January 2006, which excludes the Yurikamome extension to Toyosu and the Line 13 extension from Ikebukuro to Shibuya.
